Jennifers Body English Movie Reviews And Watch Online

She is a beautiful girl who entices boys into a secluded place where she then shows her vampire-like teeth and proceeds to rip them to shreds and drink their blood in order to gain strength. That, in a nutshell, is Jennifer (Megan Fox).
Jennifer is your typical class beauty until the utterly unexpected happens and she becomes a flesh-eating demon.
Her best friend, Needy (Amanda Seyfried) is a classic geek who follows her around like a puppy dog and does everything she tells her to. One might even get the impression that Amanda is, in fact, secretly in love with Jennifer.
Diablo Cody (creator of Juno) wrote this film and the viewers can definitely hear bits and pieces of the very notable Juno dialogue - that impress audiences with its cleverness and wit. However, can Juno be made into a dark comedy-horror film?
That is where the film struggles, it jumps from being horror straight into the audience laughing uncontrollably about what is coming out of a characters' mouth. This causes confusion during the viewing. One doesn't know whether to anticipate being scared or to wait for the next comedic line to come out. In a way, it keeps the audience in a bewildering mindset. It is not the average comedy or scary movie. It's both comedy and horror mixed into one and its baffling to say whether or not it works. It goes from one extreme to the other.
Fox's performance was not bad, but it certainly wasn't great. Seyfried had a more challenging role, but if she can stand out in Mama Mia against Merrill Streep then she can tackle this role - and she did.
So, if you're looking for something different to watch, then I recommend Jennifer's Body. If you aren't questing for the unusual, then I suggest you steer clear of this film.
